Supplier Evaluation
Aerotechnic maintain an Approved Supplier List (ASL) on an aviation dedicated software. A questionnaire is sent to each supplier as a self-evaluation of internal quality system (before starting business and periodically afterwards). This evaluation is a preliminary or alternative to an on-site audit, monitored by our Quality Assurance managers. Should the questionnaire not be returned or found to not comply with our quality system requirements, the supplier will not be certified on our Approved Supplier List or will be removed from it.
Our priority is to locate and buy stock from manufacturers in order to provide our clients full certification warranty. All of them have to be certified, approved and/or recognized by regulatory authority FAA / EASA / ISO / ASA / ESA.
Moreover they have to be:
- Approved by our QA System.
- Reliable / Dependable (Monitoring of suppliers is a continuous process).
We follow-up all transactions and keep records through an Aviation Dedicated Software compliant to ATA specs.
