On Tuesday 22nd October 2003 A2-ABN was grounded at about 10am. BP203 was delayed. ABN had a defect whereby the undercarriage would not retract. The defect was traced to a defective ground proximity switch on the aircrafts undercarriage. An order was placed for the item the same morning. The item was received at 20:15 from BP202 the same evening and the aircraft fixed. Thank you and please thank your team for such excellent service. Now that's what I call AOG!!
